Talk Club
Talk Club is a UK male mental health charity. Talk Club focuses on the number of men affected by mental health issues. Because 76% of suicides are male this makes suicide the biggest killer of men under 60 with a man dying every 90 minutes. It silently screams that men struggle to prevent poor mental health and find a way to share how they really feel. It’s Talk Club’s mission to change this through talking groups that start with asking ‘How are you? Out of 10?’ By putting a number on how we feel and explaining why, men have a way to open up and measure their mental fitness.
Every Thursday @ Campus Pool 7:30pm - 9pm

Wheels in Motion
Wheels in Motion
Meet the Board Masters! 🎨
Wheels in Motion is a Skate/Art Exhibition organised by Beneficial Shock! and @campusskateboarding celebrating skate culture through film, community and creativity - while helping to raise awareness about mental health issues linked with the sport.
The Exhibition:
Limited edition screenprinted and painted skateboards will be displayed alongside explanations about the artwork – all inspired by seminal skateboard films.
Two of the boards displayed have been created in collaboration with a group of young people as part of a workshop facilitated by Beneficial Shock! artists, helping to cast a light on the valuable process of collaboration in creating art pieces inspired by film.
Proceeds from sales of the collection will go to help support the valuable work done by Campus as a community led non-profit organisation.
Film inspired skateboard art will be exhibited by:
@e.m.dart (Eilis Dart)
@starbuttonsparks (Lizzie Heath)
@adam.hogarth
Ben Horton of @slaveskateboards
@_dannyjenkins
@yeeepoon (Yee Poon)
@saraprinslooart (Sara Prinsloo)
@jamfactory (Gavin Strange)
@waxbonessupply
@harry.wyld
Come and celebrate skate culture, great art and find out more about the ways in which film helps to connect us to the highs, lows, flips and dips of this unique subculture…
